Brighton and Hove Albion are set to send Carl Rushworth out on loan to Swansea City in the Championship.
Rushworth is 22-years-old and has been capped once by England Under 21s and originally came through the Huddersfield academy.
Signed by Brighton in 2019 from Halifax, Rushworth has enjoyed a series of loan moves to clubs across England, from League 2 to League 1.
Worthing, Walsall and Lincoln have all been graced with his services between the sticks.
Now he appears set and ready to take on a new challenge in the form of Championship football at Swansea City, according to Sussex World.

Rushworth to Swansea
Rushworth is currently in the United States on the pre-season tour with Brighton however on their return he is expected to complete a move to Wales.
He is thought to have been one of Swansea boss Michael Duff’s key options to bring in as a goalkeeper.
Swansea had previously been linked with making a move for Burnley’s Bailey Peacock-Farrell but he has since made his move to Denmark.
Rushworth has been impressing specifically in League 1 last season with Lincoln, keeping 20 clean sheets in 46 games.
This earned him inclusion in the England Under-21 squad that recently won the Euros.
Where would this leave Brighton
The move makes sense for Rushworth as Brighton are stacked already in the goalkeeper position, having signed Bart Verbruggen this window for £16million.
Along with this current first choice Jason Steele remains to jostle with the Belgian for the starting spot.
Rob Sanchez looks set to depart this summer due to a falling out with Roberto De Zerbi.
But ultimately the Seagulls are set in net, making this loan the best option for all involved.
