Brighton and Hove Albion youngster Kacper Kozlowski has rejoined Vitesse Arnhem on a season-long loan.

The 19-year-old Polish midfielder featured 30 times for the Dutch side, scoring twice whilst laying on five assists.

Kozlowski joined the Seagulls from Polish club Pogon Szczecin for a fee of £8 million back in January 2022.

He is yet to make an appearance for Brighton during his 18-month stint at the club.

Upon his arrival, he was immediately loaned out to Belgian outfit Royale Union St-Gilloise, owned by Seagulls chairman Tony Bloom.

After Kozlowski’s return, Vitesse technical director Benjamin Schmedes said, “He is technically gifted and very skilful.

“We are happy that he has joined us again.”

What have Brighton said about Kacper Kozlowski’s latest loan move?

Kozlowski, the youngest player to ever feature at a European Championship, has a huge future ahead of him on the South Coast.

Upon the news of his loan move, Albion technical director David Weir said, “Kacper enjoyed a good season with Vitesse last season and it makes sense for him to continue his time there.

“He knows the club, the staff and the players, so hopefully that can help him hit the ground running.

“Gordon Greer [development manager] and the loan team will continue to monitor his progress closely.

“We wish him the best of luck for the upcoming season.”
